Effective Monday, December 14th, 2009, the Health District removed all restrictions on the H1N1 vaccine. This means that everyone who wants the vaccine is eligible to receive it.

FREE H1N1 CLINIC
Attend one of the FREE H1N1 VACCINATION CLINICS at the Norm Dicks Government Center (345 6th Street, Bremerton).
No appointments necessary. Vaccine will be provided to people over six months old. These clinics will be held on the dates and times below:

Immunization Clinics are available. Jefferson County has removed restrictions on H1N1 vaccination to include anyone requesting a vaccination.

Clallam County Health and Human Services (CCHHS) will offer free H1N1 vaccinations to celebrate National Influenza Vaccination Week (NIVW). NIVW is January 10 -16, 2010. CCHHS H1N1 clinics will be held January 12, 13, 19 and 20 from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. at its office in the Clallam County Court House.

In December CCHHS did vaccination clinics for all school districts in the county. Children under age 10 need a second vaccination to be fully covered. Clinics at CCHHS on January 12, 13, 19, and 20 from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. will also serve children in need of their boosters. The Forks office will also provide boosters at its facility. Local pharmacies and medical providers continue to offer the vaccine. Pharmacies offering vaccination are: all Safeways, QFC Sequim, all Walgreens, Jim's Pharmacy, Sav-on, Rite Aide on Lincoln, Frick's in Sequim, and Chinook in Forks. Pharmacies will be charging an administration fee which ranges from $10 to $20 for those whose insurance does not cover influenza vaccination.

Mason County Public Health has been working with local medical providers, clinics and pharmacies to make sure H1N1 vaccine is readily available in our community.

The vaccine is available at pharmacies and grocery stores that offer seasonal flu shots.

The Grays Harbor Public Health and Social Services Department will have four clinics for people in priority groups established by the Centers for Disease Control can receive their H1N1 (swine flu) vaccination free of charge.

Clinics:
Vaccine will be available to those age 12 and older. The cost is $18 and is covered by Medicare and many insurance policies. Please bring your insurance card with you.
